Pool Closing - $385

  • Clean the pool

  • Readjust pool water levels

  • Pressure air blow lines

  • Install skimmer plugs

  • Test water and install winter chemicals

  • Add algaecide

  • Clean the filter

  • Winterize filtration system and equipment

  • Remove ladders and hand rails if applicable

  • Airblow pool deck

  • Install owner's pool cover

Maintenance Visit - $135

  • Vacuum pool if needed

  • Empty skimmer basket

  • Airblow pool deck if needed

  • Add water if needed

  • Test chemicals

  • Backwash filter

  • Empty pump basket

  • Inspect equipment

  • Wash filter cartridges if needed

  • Add chemicals if needed

Bi-Weekly Maintenance - $150

  • Vacuum pool if needed

  • Empty skimmer basket

  • Airblow pool deck if needed

  • Add water if needed

  • Test chemicals

  • Backwash filter

  • Empty pump basket

  • Inspect equipment

  • Wash filter cartridges if needed

  • Add chemicals if needed

Winter Care - $150

  • Check water level

  • Lower water level if needed

  • Inspection of pool area and pool filtration system

  • Add boost of algaecide

  • Add boost of chlorine

  • Inspect and secure pool cover

  • Clean pool cover if needed

  • Airblow pool deck

  • Inspect equipment

  • Secure skimmer plugs

  • Add boost of antifreeze
